With NeetoRecord desktop app you can choose to record in various resolutions. You can record upto 4K resolution given your device supports it. By default NeetoRecord will record the screen in highest quality possible. If you want to choose a different resolution you can go to Settings -> Recording -> Video quality and choose a desired resolution.
