By default, viewers can see and add comments on your recordings. You can hide comments for a single recording or for every recording in your workspace, and you can also let viewers read comments without letting them add new ones.
Hiding comments for a specific recording
Go to the recording.
Click on the Settings tab on the top bar.
Click on the card Viewer actions control.
Toggle the setting Override the global settings for what viewers can do.
Disable the toggle Allow viewers to view comments on this recording.
Hiding comments for all your recordings
Navigate to the Admin panel in your NeetoRecord dashboard.
Click on the card Global viewer actions control.
Disable the toggle Allow viewers to view comments on the recordings. This setting will apply to all recordings in your workspace.
Letting viewers read comments without adding new ones
If you want existing comments to stay visible but do not want any more added, leave the view setting enabled and disable Allow viewers to add comments instead — on the recording's Viewer actions control card for a single recording, or on Global viewer actions control for all of them.
