Hide action items from recordings

By default, viewers can see the action items of your recordings in the Action items tab. If you would rather not show them, you can hide action items for a single recording or for every recording in your workspace.

Hiding action items for a specific recording

1. Go to the recording.

2. Click on the Settings tab on the top bar.

3. Click on the card Viewer actions control.

4. Toggle the setting Override the global settings for what viewers can do.

5. Disable the toggle Allow viewers to view action items of this recording.

Hiding action items for all your recordings

1. Navigate to the Admin panel in your NeetoRecord dashboard.

2. Click on the card Global viewer actions control.

3. Disable the toggle Allow viewers to view the action items of the recordings. This setting will apply to all recordings in your workspace.

Once action items are hidden, the Action items tab no longer appears on the recording, and the action item markers no longer appear on the progress bar. Nothing is deleted — the action items come back as they were if you enable the setting again.
