Capture leads from your recording

The Leads feature allows you to embed a form into your video recordings to capture leads. This is especially useful if you want to engage your audience or capture potential client details directly from your video content. You can decide when your form will appear, how it looks and whether viewers can skip the form to continue watching.

Adding a form to your recording

  1. Go to the recording you want to add a lead form to.

  2. Click on the Leads tab in the left sidebar.

  3. Enable the toggle to add a form to your video.

  4. If you haven’t connected your NeetoForm account before, a pop-up will prompt you to do so.

  5. Click on Go to NeetoForm integration and click Connect NeetoForm to link your NeetoForm account for your workspace.

  6. Return to your recording and click Leads.

  7. Enable the Add form to this video toggle.

  8. Choose a NeetoForm from the dropdown list and select the form you’d like to display.

  9. Set the timestamp in the video when you want the form to be displayed

  10. Optional: If you want viewers to have the choice to continue watching without filling out the form, enable the Allow viewers to skip the form checkbox.

  11. Save the changes.

Viewing captured leads

  1. To view the leads collected, click on the View leads on NeetoForm link.

  2. You’ll be taken to your NeetoForm account in the relevant workspace, where all the responses to your lead form are listed.

Customizing your form

Any modifications to your form questions or design can be made directly in your NeetoForm workspace. Changes will automatically reflect in all recordings using that form. This way you can customize your form without any limitations.

Connecting NeetoForm account from a different workspace

Currently, NeetoRecord does not support integration with your NeetoForm account in a different workspace. Once you connect NeetoForm, you will be automatically connected with the NeetoForm account of the same workspace that you are connecting from.
