If you are migrating to NeetoRecord from loom then you are faced with an issue of how to get your existing videos from loom to NeetoRecord.
Please note that NeetoRecord allows you to upload "external videos" only in the "pro" plan. In the free plan you can't upload any external video.
If you do want to bring all your videos from loom to NeetoRecord then first upgrade your plan to "pro" plan. Then download all the videos from loom. Now start uploading these videos from your laptop to NeetoRecord.
Once all the videos are uploaded and if you know that you are not going to upload any other external video then ,if you wish, you can downgrade to the "free" plan. Once a video is "in " NeetoRecord then it'll continue to work forever.
