How we calculate your monthly reports

Here’s a quick breakdown of how we calculate your monthly metrics in NeetoRecord

1. Meetings ditched
   This is the total number of meetings you saved by using NeetoCal.

   Meetings ditched = No. of videos created + No. of videos watched

2. Total Hours Saved
   This is the total time saved by using NeetoRecord instead of meetings. We calculate it by adding:

Hours saved = Total duration of videos created + Total duration of videos watched

Example:

Let's say that you have created 250 videos in a particular month. And each video has an average duration of 10 minutes. And during the month let's say that you have watched 350 unique NeetoRecord videos, which also has an average duration of 10 minutes.

Your total meetings ditched will be is calculated as shown,

Meetings ditched = 250 + 350 = 600 meetings

And total hours saved is calculated by,

Total hours saved = (250 x 10 minutes + 350 x 10 minutes) ÷ 60 = 100 hours saved
