Your NeetoRecord recordings are never indexed by search engines. They will not appear in Google, Bing, or any other search results, and there is nothing you need to configure.
This applies to every page that can be opened without logging in:
Watch pages, the public link you share
Embedded players on other websites
Recording request pages
This does not change who can open your link. Anyone with the URL can still watch the recording. To limit who can view a recording, use the privacy options on the share pane.
