NeetoRecord automatically generates the thumbnail for all your videos. The automatic thumbnail is generated at the 3rd second of the video. If the video is shorter than 3 seconds, then we generate the thumbnail at the 0th second of the video.
Adding custom thumbnail
If you are not happy with the default generated thumbnail, you can either upload your own thumbnail image or you can select one from your video. This can be done from the Basic info section of the recording.
Upload image option allows you to upload a .jpg image. Ensure that the image is less than 5MB.
Select from video option allows you to go to a timestamp on the video and select a particular frame for the thumbnail.
Click on the Save changes button once you are done making changes to the thumbnail.
