By default, only the users with admin role will have access to all the videos in a workspace. But if you want to give the same access to other users with standard role, then follow the steps below.
Go to the Admin panel.
Click on the card Roles.

Click on the three-dot menu for Standard role and click on edit.

In the side pane, check View workspace wide recordings and click on save.
