By default, only the users with the admin role will have access to all the videos in a workspace. But if you want to give the same access to other users with a standard role, then follow the steps below.
Go to the Admin panel.
Click on the card Roles.
Click on the three-dot menu for Standard role and click on edit.

In the side pane, check View workspace wide recordings and click on save.
