Logs are helpful for debugging issues related to the extension. So, when reaching out to support, it is preferred that you export the logs and include them with your support request. Follow the steps to export the logs:
Open the extensions menu from the menu bar.
Click on the three dots near the NeetoRecord extension
Now click Export logs, and the logs will be downloaded to your device as a JSON file.
You can share this JSON file when you contact support.
